Muslim Views of Economics: Development, Islamic Banking and Finance
The 2015 PSIR Youth Summer School aims to discuss Muslim perspectives of economics, finance and development. From this angle, it pursues to bring together scholars and students from across social sciences disciplines and diverse educational and ethnic backgrounds who demonstrate or develop a commitment to the subject field. It seeks to disseminate knowledge and mainstream an interdisciplinary perspective in the study of Muslim views of economics. It thus aspires to evolve into an interactive learning step for pre-early career university students and young professionals interested in building skills and expertise for future research and employment in the area.
