The PSIR department organized during the years 2010-2016 a group of volunteer students who contributed to various activities of the department. The group was created on the initiative of the Associate Professor of the Department Nikitas-Spyros Koutsoukis and offered important services to the department such as supervision of the computer room and the library, maintenance of the software and hardware of the computers, assistance during the registration period to the newly admitted students in collaboration with the secretariat, support for the organization of the 1st regular scientific conference of PSIR (December 2013) as well as the writing and regular updating of useful guides for use to the students of the department.
