Course Description

The General Administrative Law initially deals with Administration and similar terms as a legal concept.
It presents the distinction between public and private law as well as the sources of Administrative Law.
It then defines the principles that govern administrative action, includes the Public Administration in the principle of separation of powers and presents the organization of the Administration and the executive power in general.
It focuses on the legal acts of the public administration, the administrative act, the administrative contract, the non-contractual liability of the Administration and administrative coercion.
At the end there is a presentation of the protection of property and its limitations with an emphasis on forced expropriation.
